2/26/2012: Upgrades and
migrations completed without downtime! Several items to note:
If you're using FrontPage
Extensions, you may need to remove
and reinstall them if your FrontPage Components (such as FrontPage forms) do
not function, or if you have problems with publishing. Log into your control
panel:
http://yourdomainname.com/cpanel
Username: Your control
panel/FTP username
Password: Your control panel/FTP password
Towards the bottom of the page, you will see a header for the Advanced
Section. In that section is a link to FrontPage Extensions.
Click that link and then select "uninstall extensions" and then "install
extensions".
In some cases, the host name of the server
your site is on has changed. This means you may need to access
your cpanel and your webmail
by going to:
http://yourdomainname.com/webmail or http://webmail.yourdomainname.com
http://yourdomainname.com/cpanel
or
http://cpanel.yourdomainname.com
You will be redirected to the correct host
server name with a secure login page (it may be host2.greenearthhost.com,
host3.greenearthhost.com, etc).
2/25/2012: We will be upgrading several servers early
morning 2/26/2012. We don't anticipate but a few minutes of downtime, but we
will need to be testing configurations for several days.
